Jeffrey Pierre-Louis is a seasoned attorney dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support to individuals and families in need. Mr. Pierre-Louis received his law degree from the esteemed Saint John’s University, School of Law where he developed a strong foundation in law and honed his analytical and research skills. He also represented the University in national mock trial competitions competing against top Ivy League schools.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York in 2012, he commenced his career at the Administration for Children's Services (ACS) as a Staff Attorney. During his tenure, he represented ACS in child neglect and abuse litigation in Family Court. He skillfully handled emergency hearings, argued motions and trials, and conducted interviews with witnesses and relevant parties to determine the admissibility of evidence. His keen ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues played a crucial role in NYC-initiated Article X litigation.

He later joined the Department of Housing, Preservation, and Development (HPD) where he was a staff attorney ensuring New York City landlords provide safe and habitable housing to New York City residents. He was later promoted to Managing Attorney where he served as a subject matter expert, providing invaluable legal interpretations and guidance on the enforcement and administration of acts, rules, laws, and regulations pertaining to the NYC Administrative Code, with a specific focus on the newly enacted Certificate of No Harassment Pilot Program. His role at HPD included litigating complex cases, negotiating on behalf of the agency, and handling all aspects of discovery before trial.

Now in private practice, he has handled a wide range of family law cases, including, child custody, spousal support, child support, divorce, and domestic violence. He possesses in-depth knowledge of family law statutes and regulations, enabling him to navigate complex legal issues and provide sound advice to his clients.
